This is just the way i like it. It is easy and even my husband who hates cream of mushroom soup loves it! Ingredients:
2 -3 cups cooked egg noodles |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1 beef bouillon cube |
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 lb round steak |
garlic powder |
meat tenderizer |
onion powder |
nonstick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray cut up round steak into 1/2 inch pieces and season with garlic,onion powder and meat tenderizer to how you like it. 3. Cook until a light pink inside. 4. Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt baking dish and stir until well mixed. 5. Cover and cook for 1/2 hour. 6. When you remove from oven uncover and let stand for about 5 minutes it will thicken up as it cools. |
