A very delicious cake that my husband's mother taught me how to make. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/3 cup margarine (melted) |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened) |
2 tablespoons milk |
3 cups cool whip (thawed) |
2 (4 ounce) packages chocolate instant pudding |
Directions:
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs w/ 1/4 cup of melted margarine. 2. Press firmly into a 13x9-inch pan. 3. Chill for 15 minutes. 4. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar and milk until smooth. 5. Fold in 1 and 1/2 cups of cool whip. 6. Spread over crust. 7. Prepare intstant pudding, using 3 and 1/2 cups of milk. 8. Pour cream cheese layer. 9. Chill several hours or overnight. 10. Spread 1 and 1/2 cups of cool whip over pudding layer. |
