This is a recipe handed down from my mom. Ingredients:
3 cups canned yams |
2 large eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1/3 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Casserole: Mix ingredients till creamy – Pour in casserole dish. 2. Topping: Blend until crumbly and sprinkle on top. 3. Bake 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit 10 minutes to let top caramelize. 4. So good! |
