From the Australian Bartender's guide...created by Mark Strobel...yummy! Ingredients:
15 ml malibu rum |
15 ml strawberry liqueur |
15 ml galliano |
30 ml brown creme de cacao |
45 ml cream |
3 strawberries |
1/4 banana |
half a scoop ice |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve in a colada glass with a chocolate dipped strawberry as garnish. |
