Strawberry Yogurt Cake

This cake is so easy you will make it over and over again. Npo measuring cups needed!
Ingredients:
1 pot (6 oz) strawberry yogurt with real strawberry pieces
3 pots self-raising flour (or 2 pots white and 1 pot wholewheat)
2 pots sugar
1/2 pot vegetable oil
1 egg
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
2. Grease a loaf pan and line the base with greaseproof paper (paper is optional).
3. Beat egg in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the yogurt.
5. Measure sugar and oil with the same pot., add them to beaten egg and mix well.
6. Measure the self-raising flour again with the same pot.
7. Add to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
9. Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
10. Take cake out of oven and let cool for 5 -10 minutes.
11. Turn cake out on to a wire rack and cool completely before serving.
12. Store in an airtight container.
13. *Notes:
14. In case you are not using self-raising flour, add 2 tsp of baking powder to regular flour.
15. You can use any fruit yogurt that you prefer.
