This is a great topping for hot chocolate, coffee, or desserts.

Ingredients:

1 cup whipping cream

2 tablespoons sugar

2 cups strawberries

Directions:

1. With a fork, mash the strawberries and set aside.
2. Whip the cream till stiff peaks form, add sugar.
3. Gently fold in the strawberries.
