Ingredients:
2 cups sliced strawberries |
2 cups fat-free frozen whipped topping |
4 (1-ounce) slices angel food cake |
Directions:
1. Place 2 cups sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Fold strawberry puree into 2 cups fat-free whipped topping. 2. Cut 4 (1-ounce) slices angel food cake; tear into pieces, and fold into strawberry mixture. Spoon into parfait glasses; cover and chill. |
