I use this on salads. It's delicious!! (Cook time is stand time, there's no cooking) Ingredients:
1 lb strawberry, trimmed |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 cups white balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Pulse berries with sugar until finely chopped and juicy. 2. Transfer to bowl and add vinegar. 3. Let stand one hour. 4. Strain through fine mesh. |
