a wounderful spring time salad or even a hot summer day requires no cooking!! Ingredients:
6 tablespoons mango chutney |
1/2 cup plain yogurt or 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
romaine lettuce |
8 ounces turkey breast, chopped |
2 pints strawberries |
1 cup grapes |
3/4 cup sliced celery |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. in small bowl mix chutney, yogurt,and lime juice. 2. line platter with whole romaine lettuce leaves. 3. top with turkey,strawberries,grapes,celery,and onions. 4. drizzle with chutney dressing. |
