everyone raves about this... Ingredients:
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
2 cups strawberries, sliced |
3 ounces strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup crisco |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 large eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Spread marshmallows on the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan - set aside.
2. Combine strawberries and their juices with jello - set aside.
3. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over marshmallows.
4. Spoon strawberry mixture over the top.
5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for 15 minutes longer.
