You can now have Sundaes every day of the week. Taken from Cooking Light 1999, 5-ingredient, 15-minute book. Ingredients:
2c strawberries, sliced |
2c frozen yogurt, vanilla, nonfat |
Directions:
1. Place strawberries in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth. Spoon 1/2 cup frozen yogurt into each of 4 bowls. Spoon strawberry puree evenly over yogurt. Garnish with additional strawberry slices, if desired. 2. 98 calories per serving, 3% from fat. |
