A simple recipe that I found in an old cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (10 ounce) jar strawberry jam |
1 teaspoon dried grated orange peel |
1 cup finely chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, jam, and orange peel. 2. Stir in pecans. 3. Cover and chill until firm. 4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 5. Serve with toast or muffins. |
