Quick and easy salad for two. Add a can of chilled low-sodium tuna on crackers and you've got dinner. Ingredients:
1 pt strawberries, rinsed and sliced |
baby spinach leaves, rinsed and drained |
⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing |
2 t. sugar |
1/4 cup pecan pieces |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing, sugar and pecan pieces. Pour over strawberries and toss in spinach leaves. Serve chilled. |
