8 ounces spinach leaves |
1 cup sliced strawberry |
1 kiwi, sliced |
1 tablespoon slivered almonds |
1 tablespoon sugar-free raspberry jam |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. 2. Put remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk vigorously. Toss dressing with salad. 3. LAWL count - 1 veg, 1 fruit, 1 fat. |
