Ingredients:
8 ounces spinach leaves
1 cup sliced strawberry
1 kiwi, sliced
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 tablespoon sugar-free raspberry jam
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Put remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk vigorously. Toss dressing with salad.
3. LAWL count - 1 veg, 1 fruit, 1 fat.
