Strawberry Spa Turkey Salad |

I snatched this from the grocery store! i love recipe cards! :P Ingredients:
6 tablespoons mango chutney |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
lettuce leaf |
8 ounces roasted turkey breast, no skin, chopped |
2 pints strawberries |
1 cup grapes |
3/4 cup sliced celery |
1/2 cup chopped red onion |
fresh mint sprig (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl whisk together chutney, yogurt, and lime juice. Set aside. 2. Line platter/plates with lettuce leaves. 3. Top lettuce leaves with turkey, strawberries, grapes, celery, and onion. Drizzle with chutney dressing. 4. Top with fresh mint if desired. |
