Strawberry Sour Cream Bread |

This is an incredible sweet bread using fresh strawberries. I obtained it from my mother-in-law several years ago and make it periodically. We never get tired of it. Yummy. Ingredients:
2-1/3 c. bisquick |
3/4 c. sugar |
1/3 c. sour cream |
1/4 c. vegetable oil |
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
2 tsp. vanilla |
3 eggs |
1/2 c. chopped nuts |
1 c. chopped strawberries |
Directions:
1. Mix all but berries and nuts. 2. Beat 50 strokes by hand. 3. Stir in berries and nuts. 4. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan. 5. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. 6. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan. |
