Ingredients:
2 pints strawberries
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, water and cardamom. Puree until well mixed.
2. Chill for 1-2 hours and serve.
