Healthy mini meal. This came from Parents magazine. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup frozen berries |
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
cheerios toasted oat cereal |
Directions:
1. Blend milk, berries, and yogurt in a blender. 2. Pour into a glass and top with Cherrios for a prebiotic crunch. |
