I got this recipe from a teacher that I worked with. It was always a hit! Ingredients:
1 white cake mix |
1 cup water |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows |
1 (20 ounce) bag strawberries, frozen |
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin |
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix, water and eggs.
2. In greased 9 x 13 pan, pour marshmallows evenly.
3. Pour cake batter mixture over marshmallows.
4. Combine strawberry jello and strawberries and spread over the batter.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minute.
