Ingredients:
4 cup(s) sliced fresh strawberries |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
2 1/3 cup(s) bisquick mix |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
3 tablespoon(s) sugar |
3 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine, melted |
1,8oz container(s) frozen whipped cream(thawed) |
Directions:
1. Mix strawberries and q/2 cup sugar, set aside. Heat oven to 425. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the butter until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes, fill and top with strawberries and whipped cream |
