Strawberry Shortcake Popsicle |

This is a recipe I found while searching for recipes with cornflakes. Ingredients:
4 cups strawberries, hulled |
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk |
3 cups corn flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Puree strawberries 2. Mis in yogurt and milk. 3. Pour into 2-ounce Popsicle molds or divide among small paper cups. 4. Freeze 4 hours. 5. Remove from molds. 6. Coat each pop with 1/4 cup of crushed cereal. Wrap and freeze any pops you are not immediately eating. |
