This was an inspiration that cam to me Enjoy Ingredients:
1 southern style biscuit or short cake |
4 oz of organic raspberry fruit spread |
4 fresh organic strawberries cut into a fan |
4 oz of maple walnut ice cream |
3 small granny smith apples pealed cored and sliced |
3 oz of water |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. FOR THE APPLE GLAZT: 2. In a pan ad the water and the jam and bring to a boil 3. Add the sliced apples and cook for 6 minutes set aside 4. ASSEMBLY: 5. Slice the Biscuit in half place one-half on a plate 6. Add the strawberry fans to cover the Biscuit 7. Next add the ice cream 8. Next surround the short cake with the apple and some of the glaze 9. Add some dollop of whipped cream on the side. 10. Share with a friend 11. Enjoy |
