This goes great with grilled chicken or grilled salmon fillets. Ingredients:
1 pint strawberry, diced |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 -2 serrano chili, minced |
1/2 small red onion, minced |
3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar |
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place strawberries and sugar in a bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. 3. Add serrano, onion, vinegar, and cilantro. 4. Toss together lightly. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Let salsa rest at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before serving. |
