1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced |
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced |
1 minced garlic clove |
1 lime, juiced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill. |
