Great with fish, or chicken, but a great side for anything, on a summer's day! Ingredients:
2 cups ripe strawberries (cleaned and chopped) |
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves (chopped) |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons dark rum |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix and let stand for at least 1/2 hour. |
