This is an excellent alternative to cranberry sauce during the holidays or an outrageous dessert to enjoy at anytime of the year! Ingredients:
2 packages of strawberry/banana jello |
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained |
1 cup very fine chopped walnuts |
1 8 oz. sour cream |
1 cup boiling water |
2 small cans of frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Combine jello with 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen strawberries breaking up with adding. 2. Add drained pineapple and nuts - stire and place half the mixture into bowl and refrigerate until set. Leave other half at room temperature. 3. Spread sour cream ontop of jello mixture then top with remaining jello again refrigerate to set. 4. Enjoy! |
