This salad is so refreshing for a summer meal! The fruit in the salad is perfectly balanced by the dressing. Ingredients:
10 ounces romaine lettuce |
2 cups grapes |
2 cups strawberries |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon sour cream |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1/3 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Cut fruit. 2. Toss with almonds into lettuce. 3. Mix mayo, milk, sour cream, vinegar, and sugar. 4. Add dressing to salad just before eating. |
