Here is a scrumptiously-fresh summer smoothie that tastes great for breakfast, or anytime. Combine strawberries, yogurt, fat-free evaporated milk and vanilla in a blender and serve. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups europe's best country strawberries, frozen |
1/2 cup strawberries or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 (370 ml) can carnation evaporated milk (regular, 2% or fat-free) |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
honey |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender. 2. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsating a few times to break up pieces of fruit. |
