Strawberry Rhubarb Popsicles |

Tangy and refreshing. Sounds a bit strange but they are so good! Ingredients:
1 lb rhubarb |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 lb strawberry |
1 cup plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put rhubarb and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. Cook, stirring often, until rhubarb is cooked (it should mush up like applesauce). 3. Put rhubarb mixtures, strawberries and yogurt into a blender and puree. 4. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. |
