From Home Food Dehydrating by Jay and Shirley Bills. I haven't tried it yet, but I think it sounds yummy. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed |
1 cup fresh rhubarb, washed and cut into 1 inch pieces |
1/2 cup pineapple |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 dash lemon juice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Puree, spread on dehydrator sheet, and dehydrate for several hours. |
