Strawberry-Rhubarb Crumble |

A recipe from Gurney's Seed and Nursery Co. I haven't tried it yet, but hopefully reviewers will let me know how it turns out! Ingredients:
1 cup melted butter |
1 cup flour |
3 cups rolled oats |
3 tablespoons flour |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
3 cups chopped raw rhubarb |
3 -4 cups sliced fresh strawberries |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine melted butter, rolled oats, 1 cup of flour and brown sugar. 3. Firmly press 3/4 of crumb mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. 4. Cover with rhubarb and strawberries. 5. Combine sugar and 3 tbsp of flour. Sprinkle over rhubarb. 6. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. |
