Better than the pie! Ingredients:
2 cups sliced strawberries |
3 cups chopped rhubarb |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 cup quick cooking oats |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and 1/4 cup flour; mix well. 3. Pour into 9x9-inch baking pan. 4. In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar; cut in flour and oats. 5. Sprinkle evenly over fruit. 6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. 7. Let cool slightly before cutting into serving squares. |
