2 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped |
3 cups raisins |
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon red onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon ginger, fresh grated |
2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best) |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground |
Directions:
1. Toss everything together in glass bowl. 2. Set aside on counter, covered, for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld. 3. Chill. |
