Strawberry Punch

Fresh strawberries make this punch really special.
Ingredients:
4 cups strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups orange juice, chilled
3/4 cup lemon juice, chilled
1 1/2 quartered ginger ale, chilled
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sliced strawberry
Directions:
1. Mash 4 cups berries with 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Let stand 1 hour.
3. Force through strainer.
4. Add rest of the ingredients to chilled punch bowl.
5. Garnish with berries and serve.
6. (For large groups, I like to make a batch ahead sans ginger ale, freeze the punch in a ring mold and use that instead of ice cubes. Lemon and orange slices placed at bottom of mold and freeze well).
