                    High protein, high fiber protein shake. Good after a moderate to high intensity workout. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                28 grams soy protein isolate  |  
                                                2 1/2 tbsp flax seed, ground  |  
                                                1 cup water  |  
                                                1 cup light soy milk  |  
                                                120 grams banana, frozen  |  
                                                175 grams strawberries  |  
                                                1/4 tsp nutmeg  |  
                                                1/4 tsp vanilla extract  |  
                                                1/2 tsp almond extract  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Soak protein powder and flax seed in water overnight. 2. Place all ingredients into blender and puree. 3. Drink immediately within 1 hour of workout.
