Strawberry-pineapple Bundt Cake |

A moist, sweet Bundt cake with fresh Strawberries goes great with a cup of coffee Ingredients:
1 white cake mix |
1 (102gr) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix |
1/3 cup oil |
3 eggs |
1 (85gr) pkg strawberry jello |
1 cup pineapple juice |
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries - chopped into small pieces |
1 1/2 tblspn flour |

icing sugar |
pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 2. Grease & flour Bundt pan 3. In a small bowl, mix strawberries with the 1 1/2 tblspn flour - set aside 4. In large bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, Jello, & pineapple juice 5. Beat on medium speed for about 3 mins till all well combined, scraping down bowl often 6. Remove from mixer & fold in strawberries 7. Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan 8. Bake for about 60 mins or till a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean 9. Cool in pan for 20 mins 10. Turn out onto wire rack & cool completely 11. Glaze:- 12. Mix about 1 cup icing sugar with enough pineapple juice to make a thin icing 13. Drizzle over top of cake allowing glaze to run down sides |
