SF strawberry jello mixed with strawberries for a low-calorie strawberry pie. Serving size is 1/8 of a 9 pie. Ingredients:
216 grams (1 whole) pie crust |
4 cups strawberries, large chunks |
6 ounces sugar free strawberry jello |
3 cups water, divided |
72 grams (8 tbsp) light cool whip |
Directions:
1. Bake pie crust according to directions on package. Cool. 2. Boil 2 cups water, add strawberry jello and mix until dissolved. Add the remaining 1 cup of water. Stir. 3. Add strawberries and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until the mixture has soft-set. 4. Pour strawberry mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate until completely set. 5. Top each piece with 1 tbsp light cool whip. |
