Good Easy Pie ,a slice of summer. Ingredients:
1 - 3 oz package strawberry jell-o |
1 cup water |
1 large package frozen strawberries |
cool whip or whipped cream |
pie crust |
pecans |
Directions:
1. Dissolve jell-o in the 1 cup boiling water
2. Add frozen strawberries,breaking up in jell-o and will start to set
3. When the jell-o starts to thicken,pour into,baked,cooled pie crust
4. Chill until completely set
5. Top with cool whip or whipped cream
6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans,mainly for looks
7. Enjoy
