From a friend-I love it. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar substitute (splenda) |
1/2 cup reduced-calorie strawberry jam (or other flavor) |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 cups strawberries |
16 ounces rhubarb |
1/4 cup tapioca |
1 pie crust |
1 tablespoon milk |
2 teaspoons sugar substitute (splenda) |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, jam and juice. 2. Add berries, rhubarb and tapioca. 3. Pour fruit in crust. 4. Put top on. 5. Brush with milk and Splenda. |
