Looking for something to make with all those strawberries? This lucious recipe uses lemon curd and creme fraiche. I used my immersion blender to whip this up. From Sunset, May '08. Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1/2 cup lemon curd |
1/2 cup creme fraiche |
strawberry, sliced |
Directions:
1. Whip heavy cream into soft peaks.
2. Whisk lemon curd with creme fraiche.
3. Fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture and layer it with sliced strawberries in a glass.
