2 cups cake flour |
1 cup strawberry, diced |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup milk |
1 egg |
1/4 cup oil |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
Directions:
1. whisk together milk, eggs, oil and sugar, add flour and baking powder, then fold in strawberries. 2. drop onto sprayed griddle or frying pan 1/4 Celsius at a time, waiting for bubbles to form, then turning them over to cook through. |
