This is soooo good. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) package strawberries, thawed |
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan. In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and set aside. 2. In large bowl with electric beater, mix eggs and oil. Add strawberries and continue beating until berries are broken up. Add flour mixture and pecans. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. |
