Strawberry-nana Smoothie

This is a recipe from one of my smoothie books. I changed it slightly. Can be vegan if you use soy yogurt.
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
3/4 cup strawberry-banana nectar
1 large banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
5 strawberries, frozen or 3/4 cup quartered and frozen strawberries
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy.
