This is a recipe from one of my smoothie books. I changed it slightly. Can be vegan if you use soy yogurt. Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt |
3/4 cup strawberry-banana nectar |
1 large banana, peeled, sliced and frozen |
5 strawberries, frozen or 3/4 cup quartered and frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. 2. Serve and enjoy. |
