I found this unusual french desert in a pamphlet about cooking with strawberries. Hope you enjoy it too. Cook time is standing time. Ingredients:
4 cups strawberries |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Clean and hull strawberries, cut in half. 2. Sprinkle with sugar and red wine vinegar. 3. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. |
