Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk |
1 fresh tahitian vanilla bean, split and seeded |
1/2 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped, a few reserved for garnish |
1 pint high quality vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. To a blender carafe, add milk, vanilla bean seeds, strawberries, and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled mason jars, garnish with strawberries and enjoy. |
