Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream |
1/4 cup fat-free milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 (16-ounce) container strawberries, hulled |
6 whole strawberries with green caps (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender, and process 1 minute or until smooth, scraping sides as necessary. Pour into 3 glasses. Garnish each serving with skewered strawberry halves, if desired. Serve immediately. 2. Skip the Dairy Substitute vanilla-flavored dairy-free frozen dessert for the ice cream, and vanilla soy milk for the fat-free milk. |
