Ingredients:
2 cups merlot or other dry red wine |
1 cup white grape juice concentrate |
1 (16-ounce) package frozen whole strawberries |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9-inch dish; cover and freeze at least 8 hours or until firm. 2. Remove mixture from freezer, and scrape entire mixture with the tines of a fork until fluffy. Serve immediately, or spoon into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze up to 1 month. |
