A very easy make ahead dessert that is absolutely scrumptious! Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed |
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine strawberries, marshmallows and pecans in a bowl.
2. In mixer bowl, whip cream and vanilla until thickened to soft peaks.
3. Fold cream into strawberry mixture.
4. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill.
