Nutritious fruit smoothie Ingredients:
1/2 cup carrot juice |
3/4 cup orange juice |
1/2 ripe banana |
1/3 cup plain yogurt |
21 g vanilla whey protein powder |
1 cup frozen mango |
1 cup frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Add first four ingredients to blender and process until smooth. 2. Then Add frozen fruit, process until smooth. 3. Adjust consistency to desired with additional juice (thinner) or fruit (thicker). |
