Nutritious fruit smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup carrot juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 ripe banana
1/3 cup plain yogurt
21 g vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen strawberries
Directions:
1. Add first four ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
2. Then Add frozen fruit, process until smooth.
3. Adjust consistency to desired with additional juice (thinner) or fruit (thicker).
