A recipe I wanted to share. Ingredients:
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, sliced in syrup thawed |
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin |
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup shortening |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Grease bottom of 13x9 pan. 2. Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of pan. 3. Combine strawberries with dry gelatin; set aside. 4. In large bowl, combine rest of ingredients; beat 3 minutes with mixer, medium speed. 5. Pour over marshmallows. 6. Spoon strawberry mixture over batter. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until golden brown; cool. 8. Serve with whipped cream. |
